Sophia’s begins with a Cuban couple, their little girls and the kind of love that makes a house feel like home. When their daughter was born, everyday moments took on a new meaning. They wanted to build something of their own—something their family could be proud of.

A favorite meal became a shared dream.

Burgers were already one of the couple’s favorite things to enjoy together. That simple joy sparked a question: what if they created their own? A burger with the generosity of a family meal and a flavor they would be excited to share.

They imagined a place where a good meal could feel like an invitation: come closer, stay a while, enjoy another bite. Their Cuban roots and love of family became the spirit of Sophia’s—warm, welcoming and full of life.
